Road repair

With the big trucks that traverse the roads, it is the main reason for the broken concrete on the road. Since it is not easy to have the road paved entirely so what they do is to repair it segment by segment. Especially the main thoroughfares here, the road repairs are done almost every week. They call it re-blocking to mean they pour new concrete block by block only.

But in fairness to the contractor of the road repairs, where before it takes weeks before the concrete can be used again but now it takes just 2 days of drying and the road is cleared for the usual traffic. They say that adhesive is added to the mixture of concrete and that is a good technology that will benefit the road repairs here.
