Puri Bhaji – a perfect breakfast in many an Indian household. There are several breakfast items – after all variety is the spice of life!!
Puri Bhaj is quite filling and easy to make. Puris are made from wheat flour that is well kneaded and formed into puris and deep fried. The bhaji is made from potatoes.
Potatoes are boiled and cut in small pieces. Mustard is crackled in oil, curry leaves added and the onions cut into pieces are partially fried. Chilies are added to taste. Cut potatoes are then added, tempered with turmeric powder and salt to taste.

That looks very tasty. The largest breakfast I ever have is corned beef hash and eggs.
We too have that kind of breakfasts here occasionally
I have to try Indian food. The dishes really look fantastic.
Indian restaurants are seen all over these days.
You are tempting me again with this delicious breakfast! I usually go for sandwiches or oatmeal and fruit for breakfast.
Why don’t you give it a try and make it?
Quite a lot of effort to make breakfast but it looks delicious. Often wondered what Indian people had for breakfast.
All we have is toast and coffee.
Most of our cooking is pretty laborious and yes we make different items for breakfast
I have always enjoyed Indian food. There is an Indian restaurant in Zaragoza and I used to visit it. The food is great. Indian cuisine is really good.
We have so many States and each State has its own culinary delights.
That´s great. This restaurant only says it is an Indian Restaurant, they do not say from which state they are. It will be great for you to see.
These days restaurants have the knack to sell preparations that belong to different States.
I only have coffee for breakfast! Your breakfast looks tasty.
I can never skip breakfast. I skip dinner though with an early snack and a hot mug of milk with honey, before going to bed,
waoo looks amazing tasty!!!!!!
