Puppies like a few things. Two of them are chewing and digging. Those things do not change. The only chance you have is to direct them to the best place to dig and fill them with their favorite chew toys. Bury some of them deep and give the puppy a challenge.
Find some fun interesting news ones for the dog to discover. You might be pleasantly surprised how long a dog can be entertained in a sandbox.

My one daughter would love me to own a dog, but i have more than one cat lol.
Great idea. Never thought about this with my long ago puppies. Will have to remember it if ever I adopt a puppy in the upcoming future.
I have two litter boxes for my cats and no dog at the present time.
Definitely not a litter box. Box for digging up toysl.
