It is after a long long time that I set on making pizza. I thought I had all the ingredients. I should have checked properly and realised there was no cheese in the fridge.
No pizza can be made without cheese and that too mozzarella cheese. Actually I prefer any cheese as I do not like that stringy effect one gets while attacking the cheese But rules are rules.
I have now postponed making the pizza and will try again after I get the cheese. With the lockdown not everything is available close by unless I order for the cheese online and that means delaying making it

I have made my own pizza and sometimes with other cheeses like cheddar. I have also made a delicious dinner pizza with chicken filet, mushrooms, and spices and gravy, and no cheese.
I see your point Pizza with no cheese should taste good too depending on the ingredients that one uses and those mushrooms should do that
Now I am craving pizza too, this one looks amazing. I hope you can get cheese soon.

I have never tried from scratch making my own dough.
I make the base myself and just add any stuffing.
I rarely make pizza myself. I love cheese.
It is a long time since I made pizza.
