Of the four culprits in the Nirbhaya case one of them offered his organs as his last wish. I do not know if his wish will be fulfilled.
Unless it is kept a secret I wonder if anyone would want to go for those organs even if they were to save a life. No doubt the crime committed has no relevance to the organs per se.
There is also a possibility that organs of culprits could be removed without anyone knowing about it.

As long as the brains of the rapists are not donated, then it is fine to donate their organs
I think brain is not normally donated because it dies immediately
