Negativity and anger

When we don’t like the behavior of others, we start to get angry. There are frustration and disappointment. External stimuli (which we create by giving them meaning) trigger internal reactions (which we create too). Negative thought leads itself to another, the latter multiplying by the two and thus into complete chaos in the head. Then the emotions squeeze the chest. It seems the heart starts hurting.

Perhaps there are relatives with heart illness? Or may there is a lack of magnesium? Maybe worth checking out. The doctor’s opinion required.

Or you can start to deal with your thoughts and emotions right now, which is one of the main causes of our ailments.

Psychosomatics is not just a term used to explain what a cause cannot be found. We ourselves are the cause of the disease.

We are also the medicine, only for these drugs, we pay in a different currency than we are used to. Currency is called peace. Inner peace. When, no matter how hard the situation is, we are able to remain calm because control is in our own hands.
