When we don’t like the behavior of others, we start to get angry. There are frustration and disappointment. External stimuli (which we create by giving them meaning) trigger internal reactions (which we create too). Negative thought leads itself to another, the latter multiplying by the two and thus into complete chaos in the head. Then the emotions squeeze the chest. It seems the heart starts hurting.
