This beautiful purple flower is a thistle flower, I don’t have it in my garden, I took this picture in a field cultivated with hundreds of thistle flowers.
This flower is widely used in my country to make cheese without chemicals. I know it is also used in the kitchen, it can be cooked as artichokes but personaly I have never tried.
I read that several medicinal properties are also recognized, namely for the treatment of liver problems but about this I don’t know much.
