I finally have a perfect sleep routine and feel the consequences of it – I am lively, energetic, my mind works like a Swiss watch (especially in the first half of the day), no longer suffer from slow-motion attacks, my emotions stopped jumping loops of death but they carry me through the days evenly, wisely, and quietly.
Sleepless minds drive our bodies like a drunken road eagle – without scruples, “on the hot”, burning us down and crippling emotionally. I don’t even want to remember how I didn’t respect my sleep! I used to fell asleep with my phone in my hand and if woke up at night, I turned on again FB or IG just to shorten insomnia.
The bed had become my work desk, the place for breakfast and lunch, such a depressing cave, into which I was dragging all the sadness of my existence.
So first of all, I firmly separated the bed from my waking life and turned it into a temple of sleep. You cannot carry your phone to this temple at night and it is left behind the door. Fresh, constantly smelling, and cool bedding here, and the temperature is always lower than in other rooms. It is quiet, cool and there are no electronics. And I did not save money for buying a new comfortable mattress, pillows, and a nice for body and eyes bedding.
It is not strange that my often torturing insomnia left me without any traces.

I also have very good sleep routine at the last time.
According to health professionals , 8 hour a sleep is essential for every human.
I can usually fall asleep with no problems. However, if I wake up in the middle of the night and my brain gets active I find it hard to go back to sleep.
I removed the tv to my computer room. I stopped eating in my room and removed the computer as well. The best thing I did was choose this huge computer desk from my sample catalog. I sleep better since my room is only for sleeping.
