Besides cultural activities, classical music performances, Romanian folk music, or rock performances taking place in Chindia Park these days,Targoviste’s people are also invited to “Tochitura de porc”. I dont know the English name of this food. It’s a mixture of pork meat, sausages and liver, which is served with “mamaliga”. I am not an amateur of such food but there are many who love it!

So Delicious and Looking Yummy…
At first I thought it was a pot full of crayfish. But the only name that comes to mind here is a liver stew. Never had it personally but with the right seasonings it should be good. Different. Makes a great photo.
