It has been a while since I have eaten pho. And it made my day to discover that the most of recent restaurant (Ho Ho Chinese Kitchen) I ordered from had it on their menu.
Not the best of chicken, but I did its purpose which was to fill me up. Not sure what kind of chicken was used, but I am in love with the chicken breast version that doesn’t appear imitated.
Along with my pho, I ordered these almond cookies which would have went well with chocolate milk. They have a much different taste that the almond cookies sold in American stores.
