My daily picture – Something different

One of the most pleasing effects that can appear in a photo is bokeh. Bokeh can be defined as the effect of a blurred unfocused background, which you get when you shoot a subject using a lens at its highest aperture. To put it simply, bokeh is the pleasing or aesthetic quality of blurring the unfocused area of a photo. By the diffused blur it produces, the bokeh helps to highlight the subject, rather than the background decoration attracting attention.
