Dear Virilian friends. Today I invite you to visit one of the most beautiful waterfalls in Romania, Clocota Waterfall, the place where several thermal springs meet and offers a real show, unique in our country. Clocota Waterfall is located in the Metaliferi Mountains, on the Clocota River, in the southeast of the spa resort Geoagiu-Băi. The waterfall is about 40 meters high. The water never freezes because the Clocota River feeds from the 16 thermal springs in the area. The rocks covered with ice , the spectacular water fall, but also the surrounding landscapes are impressive.
