Our pets are a disciplined lot. They will first play around and after their morning meal will run out and climb trees which is their morning exercise.
That is Pinkie on our cashew tree which is pretty tall Nice to watch her doing that so smoothly. The little ones are down there watching her. They too climb but on smaller trees. They are still babies.
Watching their activity makes my day.

When I have the opportunity, my exercises are not like Pinkie’s, but I walk.
I do not think Pinkie can do your type of exerecise (lol)
My cat Sid loved to climb all the apple trees in our garden back in Latvia
Cats the world over seem to have the same habits.
