First it was sunny and the snow was almost gone. Then a few days ago we had non-stop snow for two straight days which left a foot of snow on the ground. Gradually the snow has begun to melt again and I am hoping it will be the last snow fall for the spring. I will be back in the garden today clearing the beds in preparation for planting which is still some six weeks away.

Is anything growing in your garden yet?
I do not have a garden. I am happy for you that you have one.
Thank you for the comment
For me, winter is like spring. There was snow 100 years ago for the last time.
That is so nice to have mild winters
I hope the snow leaves and stays away and the sun comes and the birds can enjoy themselves.
Still waiting but hope the good weather comes soon
I remember back in my garden in Latvia the ground was always so soggy after the snow melted. There was always one place the snow hung on. On spring the snow was gone and we were surprised/ Then we saw a hole it had melted into and when we poked at the hole an angry mole can twittering out it was so funny
That is funny indeed an must have been quite a surprise
We didn’t have snow this winter. But we have low temperatures so I haven’t planted anything yet.
A winter without snow, how cool is that.
Yes we have many signs of spring here finally.
After I wrote this post had another couple days of snow so will have to wait a little longer
How I wish I could see the garden. I can do it after the lockdown.
Probably the only thing that will remain constant during the COVID is the garden.
