It’s a leftover night. That happens here sometimes. We have somethings that need to be used. We have some cooked chicken. I have a bottle of chipotle ranch dressing. I have an avocado and some left over peppers from making fajitas.
Humm, guess I will cook a little bacon, chop up some lettuce and mix up some chicken bacon chipotle burritos. I don’t have a real recipe, but I think I can figure it out.
