Instant chicken

I have a few quick fix but tasty recipes that  I have created and of which the instant chicken takes first place. 

You just need chunks of the meat that is fried in tempered onions cut into thin slices.  The shortening used is ghee. Once the chicken pieces start giving out the liquid you add a good amount of onions cut into large pieces, and a good amount of tomatoes. Close the lid and let the chicken cook on slow fire.  Do not add water.  Once the chicken is cooked add spices including pepper powder . Your chicken is ready. 

Serve it with deep fried potato slices and bread.
