Kindness is Stronger than Romantic Love

Today, many people suffer from mental stress and isolation, but research proves that people who talk to others in a pleasant mood or share their pain are protected from this situation.

According to the latest research, people who feel love daily are refreshed and thriving and at the same time, they easily express their feelings, but that doesn’t mean that the feeling is romance love.

The small impression of kindness every day, even if it is met by a stranger, is much stronger than romantic love. These impressions refer to someone asking for their well-being , Holding someone’s hand and encourage him, Or giving a message to bolster his courage.

According to Zeta, an assistant professor of human development and Pain Medicine, The quality of people’s hearts was extensively examined. Which showed that even if a neighbor ask you for well-being with love, so it adds to the emotions that make it feel good.

Researchers conducted two surveys that looked at how people’s emotions fluctuate throughout the day and first reviewed a group of 52 people,  that included people of different ages, while 160 students were reviewed by 8 weeks.

These people were asked a few questions about their feelings, Researchers later sent them affectionate messages without disclosing their identities, as a result, it was revealed that any one stranger who speaking to any one with the love and kindness makes the mood pleasant which is more important than romance.

This research has proven this, the fact is that talking to a friend, office mate, or even a stranger is more than romantic love makes the mood pleasant.
