With all the illness that we have experienced we try and do our best to heal with food first and medication second. It doesn’t always work, still it seem prudent to try and handle things that way first. Recently our doctor suggested that perhaps ketogenic diet would be good for my brother. He doesn’t need to lose weight, in fact the opposite, and it’s suppose to help with seizures, so we may give it a try.
One of the things she mentioned was “fat bombs”. So I have learned all I can about making fat bombs!
Today I will make a batch and see if it something he will even try. Sometimes he won’t try and I don’t see the point of trying if he won’t.

Avocados are a major part of our diet. My husband eats them spread on toast, and I do, too, sometimes. But I also eat them with salt right from the skin or put them in salads.
I know the fruit of the illustration, here in Venezuela it is known as “Avocado” and I know it is rich in good fats, and although I take it home for my family to eat, I do not like it, I do not eat it.
