Just bloggin’

While laying in my bed this morning, I couldn’t help but to look over at my father’s picture who passed away nearly a decade ago.  In my head I’m thinking, I wonder what he’s doing right now?  Is he in heaven or hell?  What might he be doing, if he were in heaven or hell right now?  I have watched many documentaries in the past on this subject and wonder how many are true. Many of these documentaries sent chills, and some nearly broke me out in tears because of its brutality of what is known to be hell. In a world where it is hard to keep a flawless lifestyle your entire life.  It is hard to believe that there is that perfect person in the world without any flaws because we all have flaws and we all aren’t perfect. I sometimes wonder if we are living in that reality of heaven or hell in our everyday lives because some have glorious lives, and some live horrible.  Some people live in beautiful places versus some people living in horrendous places where violence lurks 24/7. We live in a world where anything can happen, but are you judged by what you are doing in your current life.  Will that be the deciding factor that shortens your current life because of sinful choices? with that being said I share with you this verse from Ezekiel 18:20 – The one who sins is the one who will die. The child will not share the guilt of the parent, nor will the parent share the guilt of the child. The righteousness of the righteous will be credited to them, and the wickedness of the wicked will be charged against them.

I do understand that some people battle with demons in their everyday lives, and some of those battles are not won due to them not being spiritual enough, but no one deserves to suffer in a place like hell. I remember telling my girlfriend that no matter how much hatred you have towards your previous boyfriend for hurting you he does not deserve to be in a place like hell. I will end this with the best thing you can do for someone who doesn’t believe in the Lord is to keep them in your everyday prayer that they defeat whatever demon they have in their life.
