The workout

I increased the time limit for each exercise during this workout, so that I can get a better burn as well as test my mental strength to withstand each exercise. It felt great! As of late, I have been getting in my runs consistently, so I felt a difference in my flexibility during the up and down exercise which consists of reaching up to the sky then reaching down touching my toes.

  •  Up and down
  • Forward-back
  • The line
  • Cat position
  • The pinwheel
  • The checkmark
  • The rectangle
  • The swing


  • 80 Jumping jacks
  • 30 Push ups
  • 2.10 mile run
  • The plow – 40 seconds
  • The tree – 40 seconds
  • 20 Jumping jacks
  • 20 Push ups
  • 25 Crunches
