Sunday January 19th is a survival day. What does that mean? It means that I know it’s going to be a tough day, so it is all about the basics. It just about taking the day as it comes. Getting the basic needs of the household and work completed and try and keep a positive outlook. There are massive amounts of stressors that I need to learn to identify in another manner. It is clear that I am a work in progress, that needs a lot more work!
Feel stress, Acknowledge it, Change the thought process, Move forward. I am simply going to repeat it as many times as I must until I can learn to get rid of the stressors, in one way or another. (This may turn out to be quite funny now that I am thinking about it! Tune in to see how the coping went.)
Dad is buried. It seems like we survived without any extreme issues. We simply let those who were greedy do their thing and let it all be fine. There is no good reason to fight.
