In the early part of December 2019, we were informed of the water interruption at night from 10 pm up to 4 am of the next day. That 6 hours of water interruption was due to the short supply of water from the dam, the water concessioner said. Okay, we obliged by having pails of water in the bathroom in case we need water during the interruption period.
But a week before Christmas, the water supply went back to normal. It seems that no one had noticed and no one had questioned why there was interruption of supply. If the interruption was due to low water level in the dam, why the normal supply now when there were no rains to speak of? Is that politics in play or simply a business trick?

Water is most essential to my existence in this houseful of people I love. You survived alright through the shortage. Did you fill up buckets before the shut down of the water system?
Our water supply is stable here.
This seems like a political stunt of some sort then. We get the same types of tricksters operating here too in Australia.
