One of our first travel packages was to Darjeeling. There is so much to see out there mostly surrounding nature.
The slopes of Darjeeling are ideal for growing tea and the best tea in the world is produced in Darjeeling. We were taken to the Happy Valley Tea Estate which is located right down the slope. It was fun walking down but quite strenuous walking up. But this rare experience made us forget the fatigue that we went through.
Most of the roads in Darjeeling are slopy and walking around is quite an effort.
