I was walking on the vacant lot the other day when I caught something pink amongst the weeds growing near a mahogany tree. I went closer to see what it is.
I was surprised to see that the tiny pink flowers were lantana. I took a couple of quick shots using my phone.
I imagine the lantana would look great if there were lots of them and blooming. But as it was., it’s all alone in the midst of weeds
That was two days ago.
Yesterday, I no longer saw the flowers.

They also look like Verbenia to me. Verbenia grows at ground level.
hmmm… you might be right… this one is actually was growing so low. The flower is just a few inches above the ground.
