Green cardamom is considered one of the hot spices and its unique aroma gives a distinct taste to the food which doubles the taste of the food. We consider green cardamom to be just a common spices, but if you become aware of the this common spice properties, you will use it in your daily diet.
Moderate blood sugar levels :-
A study was published in the journal Lipids in Health and conducted an experiment on mice. Researchers in this study fed rats daily on a diet that increases blood sugar levels. The researchers fed the rats with cardamom after each meal, after which they found that the blood in these rats had a moderate amount of sugar.
