Pulled out a photo from my archives. That is the only place I will find these beautiful anthuriums as my garden now has only pink.
Anthuriums are a fussy lot – fussier than roses I may add. If you forget to replant them out they go out of your garden. That is exactly what happened to my anthuriums. I also had the orange. Now I only have the pink. Pink is a common colour and stays even if they are not replanted.
We gardeners need to be alert as different flowers need a different kind of attention. Having said that there are some that just crowd the garden and in that event I have to pull them out.
Such is the life of a gardener but interesting and absorbing all the same.

Anthurioums are beautiful but tricky. I am passionate about plants and flowers but I couldn’t call myself a gardener.
Why do you say you are not a gardener?
Because I don’t know how to take good care of plants.
If you have flowers growing in your garden then you sure are a good gardener.
