I realize that I need to add more fruit into my diet. I need to actually learn to eat rather than juice it all. I really just didn’t grow up with it and don’t love it. However, you can learn to tolerate and appreciate many things and it is past time that I embrace the fruit.
I went searching for some of the most healthy choices and it seems like no one really agrees. So I am hopeful that you will help me choose. If ten people or more participate I pledge to do go with your choices. Strawberries are off the list because I have a reaction to them. My lips, tongue and throat swell. It’s not a good thing.
Please don’t just say yes to all of them! That won’t help me!
