Chicken Boti… 250 grams
Ginger Garlic paste …. 1 spoon
Onions … 4/1 cup chopped
Tomato…. 4/1 Cup Chopped (Without Seeds)
Cucumber …. 4/1 Cup Chopped (Without Seeds)
Green pepper …. 1 (cracked)
Mint…. 1 Spoon (Cutted small pieces)
Coriander ….Two spoon (Cutted small pieces)
Cumin…One tea spoon ( Powder )
Chaat masala …One tea spoon
Red Pepper ….. 1 teaspoon ( Pieces )
Salt …As per taste
Mozrilla Cheese Half Cup
Cheddar cheese ….Half Cup
Method : Put oil in a pan, ginger garlic paste and chicken tikka and fry for 2 minutes, then put aside the pieces separately with the help of the fork.
Mix well on a pot, onions, tomatoes, cucumber, green pepper, mint, Coriander, Cumin, Chaat masala, Red Pepper spices,, salt, chilli and chaddar cheese and mozrilla cheese. Then add chiken tikka to the made mixture and mix it well.
Now Put the eggs in a bowl and mix them well and then spread chicken flings on bread slice and put a slice on it, and then press lightly in order to fix the fling in sandwich and now put into the sandwich maker for a minute.
