Winter can be as beautiful, but at the same time it can be cruel! That came to my mind when I rediscovered this photo taken 5 years ago.
It was a powerful blizzard. I was so excited that even the biggest blizzard could not keep me in the house (It is no longer the case now!)! I’ve just have discovered what it means to take pictures, and the biggest blizzard did not stop me from going to the park. Worse it was that, in my foolishness, I took Maya with me too! What followed … don’t ask me! We’ve come back home almost dead and with few photos that remember me that day. I also remember that on that day, the blizzard killed two people!

Very nice winter photo.
Both pictures are wonderful. The first one looks like a Christmas card, the second sure tells a story. I answered yes I have, although I couldn’t do what you two did. My fingers wouldnt work after the first few steps outside. Glad to hear you and Maya made it home semi safe. Sounds like you learned a good lesson. Blizzards are so scary!
Well as much as I love winter, I would never venture outside in it. And if one of my dear loved pets would have absolutely to go out to do his thing, I would stand by the door and make sure not to lose sight of him or her. I am happy you and Maya made it safe and sound. It remains that your pictures are fantastic to look at but taking them from a window is much safer and I am sure just as good as you proved in one of your posts. You sure are a good photographer. I am not into taking pictures as much as most of the Virilyans out there. But I admire you for your knowledge of photography.
I am so glad you both survived the blizzard. A stunning snow photo.
