There are days when we wake up and the first thing we think about is at the end of the journey and when we can finally return to the bed. And these days it is normal for us to abuse coffee, green or black tea, and even sweets in order to feel, even if momentarily, more alert, awake, concentrated, and capable of carrying out all daily tasks.
Some tips that can help you overcome fatigue:
Eat a banana – This fruit is one of the best foods for energy. This is because bananas are abundant in carbohydrates, potassium and vitamin B6.
Drink water – Dehydration causes tiredness, which is why it is so important to drink water throughout the day – between 1.5 and two liters.
Practice physical exercise – The practice of exercise provides immediate energy – both physically and mentally – this is because the activity stimulates the circulation of oxygen in the bloodstream, in addition to the production of substances that promote well-being.
If you don’t have time or don’t like to go to the gym, try walking around or in circles for about ten minutes.
Take a cold shower – Or wash your face with cold water. The popular and elderly tactic is indisputable and science explains: the shock with the cold water causes the release of norepinephrine. This neurotransmitter is responsible for the brain’s innate ‘fight or flight’ response, which in turn increases heart rate, speeds breathing and leaves the body and mind on alert.

Great tips but no to a cold shower, but I will splash cold water on my face in the morning.
