Failed EQ …

I know I shouldn’t be affected … and worst, I shouldn’t be showing I’m affected. I tried but I’m not someone good with hiding emotions … I’m not someone with great EQ … I tried … I tried to hide, because it’s not the other party’s fault …

The fact that this little thing I can choose not to do without disfunctioning too much of my life, shouldn’t be affecting me… I’m not correct in this case, although I’m hurt. I wish for better treatment, but no, it’s a huge cut across and then dirty sprinkled on top. The wound gets infected and doesn’t heals well… that’s how I feel. But are they wrong for the cut?

Perhaps they could have just hit to inflict the pain, but not cut? Perhaps they shouldn’t sprinkle the dirty … perhaps…

Maybe I should just try and get that strong anti-biotics … but now its beyond reach …

  1. Show the afflictors that you are strong, then, they will soon bother someone else. You have a lot going for you, so remember only you can determine your worth. People that hurt others are the ignorant ones not you. What does not kill us can make us stronger. Start drawing you will feel better after the first stroke. Right?_____________________________________________________Right! Remember the Hero song by Mariah Carey, that talks about the hero that is deep inside of us all?

  2. We all get hurt in life, especially by those we love and care for the most. Tell those who hurt us, sometimes they are not aware they have done anything. But then there are others who do it intentionally, on purpose. Those I stay away from.

Keep your head up, you are better than any of those who have hurt you. Keep smiling. This too shall pass. 🙂

    • Thank you, Carol, your encouragement meant so much!
I know sometimes that even though some words hurts, they still need to be reflected on. Perhaps not everyone knows how to put things across with enough sugar coating … 🙂
And perhaps its time I learn to not be too affected 🙂

  3. Take your time to heal. ?
While I believe I’m wiser and more aware than before, it still happens I lose control of my emotions. I learned to accept my sensitive but dramatic nature, and take responsibility for it. Now I just get angry, I don’t get angrier for being angry, that’s a step ahead. ?
