I have lost interest in creating quizzes and polls having more than one question/answer simply because there is no ‘edit’ option now. The templates are full of short comings in that I do not know how my posts will look once they are published.
There are methods no doubt to get them right but they are all long winded. I would rather spend time in creating great posts than spending time mending my posts.
I understand published posts not having the Edit button as most sites do not have that option except myLot – more power to them!!
@Virily Editor – are you listening? Do you know it is not good for the Site as polls having incomplete questions, etc could be quite embarrassing.

There is a problem in the answers to the polls that sometimes no answer would appear. When the edit function was there that problem could easily be resolved by saving and checking before publishing.
That is the main reason why we need the Edit button or they should correct the problem in the Answers of polls and quizzes.
I could see reasons for removing Edit from published posts, even though it means I can’t correct mistakes or link older articles to new ones. Removing it from Drafts, though, is just daft.
It is not easy to manage our content without the Edit facility for drafts specially when there are defects in their polls templates
I agree with you, we should be able to edit at least the drafts. It’s frustrating that it takes so long.
They can atleast set their templates right
I do not know if the site will get the Edit option back. Perhaps they will one day.
All writing sites have the edit option and suddenly they have withdrawned it. They permitted to edit published posts which is not normally allowed.
I don’t know what interest they have in not fixing it …. it’s been a long time here
May be they have an issue with their software. They allowed published posts for editing and now they cannot segregate drafts and published posts edit That’s what I think.
I am facing the same, but I think no one is here to pay any kind of attention to it.?
