The dusty miller plant (Senecio cineraria) is an interesting landscape addition, grown for its silvery gray foliage.
Lacy leaves of the dusty miller plant are attractive companions for many blooms in the garden. Dusty miller care is minimal when the plant is established.
I discovered this plant at a nursery a few years ago. Of course I bought it for the name, Dusty Miller. And I did not know it would bloom these yellow blooms. What a nice surprise. The little things that were, again, unexpected. And the silver foliage is nice in the garden.
Missing the summer blooms, they will return in a few months.

Very beautiful flowers. Back in my garden in Latvia my roses always surprised me. They were different shades and one day I noticed pink and white roses and that was a surprise
Wow a different colored rose would be a great surprise.
