This is already the case in the world, the new year brings new promises, but often the good intentions are soon forgotten because of our laziness and everyday routine trap. And it is only at the end of the year that we remember that we have not lost weight, found a new job, learned a new language or acquired a dream thing.
The reason for this, according to various clever uncles and aunts who studied the science of psychology, is very simple – we promise to do what we really do not want. or example, we promise that tomorrow, like all friends, we will start attending a fitness club, but maybe we would love to take long walks or dance lessons.
Curiosity to try something new or forgotten old, not staying in the narrow sense of work-home-sleep is the driving force of life. Everyone has the right, even the duty, to take at least 20 minutes every day from all work, duties, and have time for ourselves and our hobbies.

Resolutions are proof that we all aspire to be better in life.
It is easy to fall back to what we know and find comfortable.
Every new year we promise to achieve different things but I think it is better set real goals.
