Officers are officials who are employed by the state for the purpose of enforcing order and peace. Although there is security and peace to bring us, many people when they see cops get a sense of discomfort. They may be afraid of uniforms or weapons. Many consider them as soon as the cops come over to make something wrong and they will be punished, which does not have to mean.

Corruption should never be excused. But the reality is that corruption is everywhere when there is a position where a person has been given some kind of “authority”. Nevertheless, I watched an Indian movie one time and the neighborhood was being plagued by these ruthless bad guys. The law enforcement decided to be just as ruthless in hunting them down. All the bad guys got eliminated. Of course, after it was over, the law enforcement had to go on trial because of the “extreme measures” that they used. The lawyer who argued in their defense presented a question to the jury before they turned in to deliberate. This isn’t an exact quote. But basically, he asked the jury to imagine themselves in this situation.
It’s about 3 o’clock in the morning. You are awakened by a loud knocking on your door. You don’t know who it is. Who do you want it to be?

Well I am okay with the police men. but some of them are abusing their power.
Yes they do but they should not do that. Nobody should.

Police in my country only give us traffic tickets, they don’t care about our security.
In Croatia, cops do mostly same thing. But sometimes they really help people.
