Dark chocolate is very healthy. It has antioxidants and it’s a healthy snack. But, like any chocolate, it has to be consumed in moderation. I read that dark chocolate has more antioxidants than fruits. It’s useful for people with high blood pressure because it lowers blood pressure. It raises HDL. Dark chocolate reduces insulin resistance and improves brain function. For some people it’s easy to overeat this kind of sweet. Quality dark chocolate has 80% or higher cocoa content. It has less sugar ( this is why it’s bitter). It’s rich in magnesium, zinc, copper, iron. I don’t eat it often because I don’t like its taste. Do you like this kind of chocolate?

I prefer milk chocolate but dark is alright.
I don’t really like milk or white chocolate, they sometimes get taste “milky”.
Love all kinds but dark is a favorite.
