Biryani is one of the most favourite and popular dish among the muslims of subcontinent. I think it is the only dish which is commonly famous (with a little bit diffrence) in all over the country. Although the people of every province of Pakistan have their own recipe, but still biryani is known as biryani in every part of the country. Different people have different opinion on the quantity of spicy ingredients in biryani and make fun of each other but when it comes to eat, there are no diffrences among them. There are different types of biryani which are known as chicken biryani, motton biryani and beef biryani.

I first had vegetable biryani about a year ago at a restaurant and I loved it.

I have heard that dish’s name several times. I think I have tasted it because in my country we have Indians who love biryani.
