Do you believe in dreams?

When I was younger, I rarely remembered my dreams and often I told my friends that I did not dream at all. Despite the belief that the dream lasts a fraction of a second, in reality, the substance lasts 20, 30, 60 minutes. There are five stages of sleep: Phase 1, Phase 2, 3, 4, and REM phases. Usually when you sleep, you start from Phase 1 and go through all stages until REM sleep reaches, and then the cycle starts again. Each cycle lasts from 90 to 110 minutes. Your brain reacts differently in each of these five phases of sleep. In some phases, the body moves, and in other phases the hands and feet are immobile.
