Cream crackers used to be regular in our household. As kids, we just ate them dunked in coffee or tea. We had visitors one day and one of them suggested a better way to eat them.
Cream crackers with a combination of cheese and pineapple tasted heavenly. And that is how I plan to eat them but these days we do not find them in stores here unless I search the Net.
Cream crackers are different from other biscuits – very dry and saltless and yet there is something about them that one just cannot stop eating them.

Fell in love with them when my mum teach me to dip in coffee when I was a child!!
Try it with cold unsalted butter straight out from the fridge (cut to some thickness, say 1-2mm) the salty and coldness combination is heavenly!!
That sure must be tasting heavenly
I love all kinds of crackers.
we do not get that many varieties.
Crackers with cheese and pineapple sounds like a great combination.
Since crackers are bland somewhat that makes them perfect.
Do crackers and matzos share the same roots historically?
I had to first search the Net to know about matzo. They do not look to be the same as cream crackers.
They may not look the same but they seem to have the same aura. Or ancient root. I was thinking of crackers in general and not just cream crackers. Gut thanks anyway.
