I read a lot of studies. I find them interesting. Sometimes I reach out to those who participated in the study.
I recently combed through “Crave What You See”. It was a study about cravings and a positive ways to make those cravings keep you healthy and happy.
In this particular study healthy items to eat were placed all over the house in glass bowls. These were small portion sizes and in the beginning of the study they made certain that there were at least three different bowls in every room of the house. As soon as someone ate one of the bowl items it was immediately replaced with the same items.
Also in those same rooms were water bottles that had each family member named on their own. Again as soon as a bottle was used it was replaced with a full one.
The family had their house stocked with the same items for a month and there were hourly checks to make certain there were consistent choices.
I just have one question for you.
DDo you want to know the results and about the rest of the study?
