There are many reasons I am fed up with conjecture. Let’s begin with my brother. I have no idea if he will make it through his next surgery. The odds are against him, and they have been for years. This could seal the deal, but maybe not. So what good does it do anyone to wonder, worry and guess about what might happen? I don’t see any up side of the conjecture.
I honestly don’t see the upside of conjecture here either. Yes, more things might change, No they may not, and all conjecturing makes no difference at all. Or maybe it does and I am all alone in left field.
Let’s make that the word of the day! Why not take a look at the definition and synonyms.
“an opinion or conclusion formed on the basis of incomplete information.
“conjectures about the newcomer were many and varied” ·

i think the reality of sources comes into play.
a conjecture is an expression of opinion, to a degree it is useless but to a degree it is important. Important is who is stating the opinion~
That it an excellent point.
merci! now to make dessert for my wife’s coworkers!
I see nothing wrong with making conjectures about the future. Problems arise when people mis-use their conjectures and assign more value and permanence to them than they deserve.
So we can simply agree to disagree and move on.
Agreeing to disagree is often a good way to make progress. However, too few people these days seem to be prepared to do that.
Well I can and often do. Many times I don’t even tell the other party.
Enjoy the moments and realize all you can do is all you can do.
I just need to set any standards aside and let it all go.
Letting it all go is powerful.
