I haven’t made this cake for a long time, I made it for New Year’s Eve and when I ate the first slice it was like a time travel. My mother used to make this cake and for a moment it seems like I was back in my childhood.
I did it with my grandchildren, any child does it with a little help, and I hope they have the same memories I had as adults and want to remember the taste of chocolate cake with coconut.
Chocolate and coconut is a mixture that always works, we all loved this cake and for sure we will do it more often.
