When food becomes scarce due to the overpopulated earth, the cassava will be the in the forefront for food supply. It is easy to plant. Just cut a stem of 1 foot long and stick it on the ground. Be sure to have it irrigated during the dry season. In 6 months you have a kilo of cassava from that 1 stick.

Cassava is one of the favorite snacks here. Either fries, steam or make it as chips.

Delicious but the only way we find it here in most shops is as a dessert (tapioca). It will not grow in temperate climates 🙁
