I want to the track oval for a jog this morning. I haven’t been exercising regularly for the past few months.
Today, I wanted to start jogging at least three times a week. Since it’s my first day, I went for jig-walk combo. Though I did the walking part mostly.
I did 10 rounds at the oval which is equivalent to 4 Kilometers. I did it in about 45 minutes. I guess I will settle for that distance first but I want to do it within 30 minutes by the end of the week.
The rubber on this oval was replaced a few months ago. The original color was red, which is common to oval tracks.
They replaced it with blue color. Though I believe red has some psychological effects on the performance of athletes
I took this photo when I was cooling down. I thought it would be a great first entry on the color crazy challenge.

I find it hard to believe that colors can do all the things ascribed to them
I like all shades of blue. Ready for purple now? I like both.
Hmm. A purple track…. I wonder how the runners would react on that. Hehe
They would have to just skip down the track. 😉
Yes I love excising daily
Love that blue. I don’t know about the color of red being an enhancement. I know colors do effect moods though. Great job on the jog/walk. That was enough to boost your mood I know. Keep up the good work.
Thanks Kim. I guess that’s how colors help improve the performance of an athlete. Red supposed to make a person more aggressive.
Aha, I can see that. I don’t really like the color of red.
