Fun poll, Ali! I’m guilty on all counts except for the nail-biting. I tried to take up the habit when a teen, but somehow I could never fully appreciate the benefits 😉

I know exactly what you mean. I suffer from severe PTSD(Post Traumatic Stress Disorder) symptoms. So I know how that goes. 🙁 🙂
