I am pleasantly surprised that I made it to day 100. I believe it is because the plan has flexibility. I believe that I am trying harder and doing more because I have made it public. I am grateful for every bit of encouragement I receive, so grateful.
My role in the home is truly the caregiver and they are never satisfied. They are in constant pain most mental and physical. That is not their fault. I would not wish this on anyone and it is a honor to be here with them. This has reminded me to take care of myself as well. So again, much thanks and gratitude for those who have reached out.
Here are my choices for Day 100
*write a gratitude list of 100 things I am grateful for.
* add 100 extra steps to my step goal
* drink 100 ounces of water
*smile intentionally 100 times (yes I really do count)
*create a list of 100 songs that I like (no I won’t make you listen to them all)

It’s never easy to be a caregiver …
but I think you’re doing a good job…
create a list of 100 songs that I like <– that is nice but 100… hmm…
I don't recall I've liked a 100 songs …
perhaps it would be fun to know the song list … 🙂
