Apple Strudel

I am going to try out this recipe that seems easy.  The stuffing looks delicious too.  

What we need is flour that has to be kneaded with butter and salt and stretched.  I will use a’ balon’ for that – used  for making chapathis. 

The stuffing is mouth-watering  – sliced apples, raisins soaked in rum, and finely sliced almonds. All this is filled in the stretched dough and made into a roll with both sides closed  and then baked.  

A good amount of  powdered sugar is then sprinkled over the baked strudel. It is best eaten with Vanilla ice cream.
