This kind of situation always happen after a thunderstorm in this area, in front of a shopping mall called AEON Big.
A bit terrible as those sedan cars might get trapped in the water and caused an expensive repair.
As for as I know, the small crossing culvert which not able to let go the water fast is the main culprit.
Hope the crossing culvert would expand soon.
