This is my first contribution to Kim’s challenge for January’s themes by the month. I love the lines of my adeniums and I decided that I would get a photo of the shadow of one of my adeniums in the morning sun. I quite loved the result though I just gave it one single try.
This Adenium Obesium is at the end of this blooming season and it will bloom only in summer next,. The leaves are falling, so the lines are clean. The plant has gotten too big for the container and also managed to reshape the pot. It is time to re-pot it and get it ready for the next blooming season.
In the blooming season the plant is filled with blooms and makes for a spectacular display. Before then, it needs a bit of pruning , maybe some deep pruning.

Such interesting branches!
Thanks Ellie, they need some pruning but I’ve got to wait until it get a bit more warmer so they don’t get fungal infection.
